Change

No matter how good organizations were in the many decades since the 20s, many of them did not understand change. They focused on doing the things that made them successful a decade earlier. This is still true today.

We want to help our clients incorporate an understanding of change into their organizational culture. We want them, at least partially, focused on how it is that they can change the product, or the service, or the organization, so that they begin to shape the future. We are not talking here about adapting to change. Adapting to change means that the organization is reacting to something someone else has caused. Your organization should be the “cause agent” defining and developing the uniqueness that you have in your organization.

The organizations we work with are going to develop a unique approach to incorporating an understanding of change, and their own ability to shape it, within the culture of that organization.
