Gary’s Bio

Gary Macdonald has worked evaluating, developing, and implementing corporate and organizational systems for over 35 years.

As an investment advisor and financial planner, manager and college level instructor, Gary has experience working with public, private and government organizations including sitting on the Boards of profit and not-for-profit organizations. He offers a wealth of knowledge and experience in assisting clients with the development of organizational systems and structure, corporate culture, leadership and succession planning.

As the president of the C. S. Research Group Inc., Gary Macdonald has initiated a unique approach to the development of services his company provides. Based on the core values of integrity and confidentiality baseline needs assessments and strategic plans are developed in conjunction with the client to suit the uniqueness of the client organization.
