We believe in:
Uniqueness
Each and every organization is unique, its products and services are unique, its culture and its people are unique. Therefore, we don’t believe in “best practice.” “Best practice” was something someone else did, in another situation. We believe in good practice. What is it that will work for you, in your situation?
Growth
We don’t believe in promoting sustainable growth. We promote continuous growth in a constantly changing environment. The organization must continue to evolve.
Knowledge
We have no magical insight to provide our clients; we apply our knowledge of people, our knowledge of organizational systems and our knowledge of hard work in an effort to understand the client’s unique situation. Only then can we make recommendations for change.
Change
We don’t believe we should be working with clients to “act on change”. We believe in helping organizations to incorporate change into their culture. That way they do not have to react to change, nor do they have to act decisively when faced with change. They are initiating change.
The Market
There are people in many organizations who believe that the stock price drives the organization. We believe that if good people, structures, systems, products, and services are in place, the stock price will take care of itself.
Improvement
We don’t believe in “guerilla consulting” practices. We believe in working with the client in tracking the effect of our recommendations. That is how we improve our effectiveness.
The Box
And finally, if there is a “box” at all, you can’t think outside the box, unless you’ve been outside the box.
