Who we are

Led by Gary Macdonald, we are a small firm providing specialized knowledge and services to individual clients looking for an approach as distinct as their particular needs.

We are organizational and management systems specialists. Organizations are made up of people and systems. Those are our areas of expertise. We are not an accounting firm, a coaching firm, a training firm, or an IT company. Nor do we have specialists and technical experts in every imaginable field. We will not come to you with one service and suggest we can provide another as well.

As we stated on the Home Page if we don’t believe we can help an organization, we will suggest that they look elsewhere for assistance, and if we can, we’ll point you in the right direction.
